I work with a plethora of common mental health issues; Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Identity issues, Loss, Personal development, Relationships, Self-esteem/worth, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues. Some issues may not be easy to define therefore through exploration together, we can begin to understand what is going on for you.
How I Work
I work with different theories, mainly Humanistic and Psychodynamic that help you to understand cycles or patterns of behaviour in order for you to change and move forward with self-awareness and empowerment.
I work with individuals on an open-ended and short-term agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live fuller.
