I work with managing common mental health issues;
Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Personal development, Work related issues. Some issues may not be easy to define therefore through exploration together, we can begin to understand what is going on for you.
How I Work
I work with different theories, mainly Humanistic and Psychodynamic that help you to understand cycles or patterns of behaviour in order for you to change and move forward with self-awareness and empowerment. Depending on your needs, I also incororate breathwork/ meditation.
I work with individuals on an open-ended and short-term agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your now life experiences.
